I bought four Foldie bags during last year's Black Friday sale with the intention to use them during our Christmas staycation. The Foldie bags are so roomy that hubby and son shared a bag while daughter and myself used one each. After our trip, I noticed the bag that was not used and still in packaging, had a slight slash mark across the front where the logo is. I contacted customer service to verify that the integrity of the bag is not compromised and guess what? They sent me a brand new bag!! This is truly a company that doesn't compromise on quality.
