Please note, there is a difference in shipping times between the Foldie 1.0 and the Foldie 2.0.

1. Does The Foldie® ship to my country?

We ship the Foldie 2.0 to all states in the US, including all islands. 

    2. How much does shipping cost?

    We are proud to be offering free shipping on all orders. 

    3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Foldie 1.0 
    Orders to the US usually arrive within 10 business days after fulfillment. This means after you have received the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

    Due to Covid-19 delays may occur depending on the current pandemic situation. Delays are not uncommon to states that are dealing with increased numbers of Covid-19 cases. 
    This is why our delivery times are a bit longer than you're used to. We do however guarantee delivery or we will refund the entire order. 
    These are our current shipping estimations: 
    Processing Time: 1-2 business days 
    Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 business days

    For customers in Alaska, Hawaï, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands please allow up to 30 business days. Shipping access is very limited. 

    Our warehouse is located in Asia. Due to Covid-19 we are forced to ship directly from our manufacturing partner, because of the extreme delays in sea freight to the US. 

    Foldie 2.0:

    Our warehouses are strategically positioned across the US ensure 95% of customers are eligible for 2-day shipping.

    The inventory of the Foldie 2.0 is held at our 5 warehouse locations in the US. Orders get shipped within 24 hours and delivery takes 1-7 days depending on your location. 

    Our warehouses are located in California, Texas, New jersey, Illinois and Florida. Customers in these states can expect next or two day delivery

    4. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order via your tracking link or at  https://www.aftership.com/ Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

    5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

    If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@the-foldie.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.

    6. How can I return my order?

    Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to support@the-foldie.com. A Foldie team member will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate your return.

    Please do not return goods without contacting the Foldie first.

    Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition.

    It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The Foldie does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

    Returns process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

    The Foldie only accepts returns of product purchased from www.the-foldie.com All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
